Refund Policy

How Zined handles cancellations, refunds, and billing adjustments.

Thank you for choosing Zined. We strive to provide a reliable and valuable e-signature solution for all our users. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for Zined subscriptions.

Free Tier

Zined offers a free plan with limited features so you can evaluate the platform before committing to a paid subscription. As such, we do not offer free trials for paid plans.

Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. You will not be charged again, and your plan will revert to the free tier at the end of the paid period.

Refunds

All purchases are non-refundable, including partial months or unused time. However, we may consider refund requests in the following exceptional cases:

  • You were charged in error (e.g., duplicate payment)
  • You experienced a technical issue that prevented use of the service, and our support team could not resolve it
  • You cancel within 24 hours of subscribing and have not used any paid features

To request a refund, contact our support team with your account details and reason for the request.

Refunds are issued at our sole discretion. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days. Additional time may be required by your payment provider.
